In My Class

Healthy Back Flow is a yoga class designed to support strength, mobility, and freedom in your back. Through a clear and mindful Vinyasa Flow, you build stability while releasing tension – especially in the neck, shoulders, and upper and lower back. 

Each week, the focus shifts to different areas such as shoulder and neck relief, chest opening, core support, or gentle spinal mobility. This creates a balanced practice that supports long-term alignment, ease, and resilience in everyday life.

My Path as a Teacher

I mainly teach Jivamukti Yoga, while drawing on my training in Iyengar Yoga and Yoga Therapy. Elements from these approaches naturally flow into my classes, with an emphasis on mindful movement, clear alignment, and a holistic perspective. Teachers who value awareness, precision, and depth have strongly influenced my teaching.

Off the Mat

Outside of yoga, I enjoy exploring new places, discovering different cultures, and finding inspiration in nature and everyday life. Creating a warm, supportive environment for my students is an essential part of my work.

For me, yoga is a journey of self-discovery and connection – with both body and mind. Mindfulness, presence, and compassionate self-awareness guide my personal practice and my teaching.
