In My Class
I currently teach as a substitute and also share Kirtan. My asana classes are intuitive and responsive, guided by what students need physically and mentally in the moment. Healing and wholeness are always at the root of the practice. Each class holds a balance of play, challenge, restoration, reflection, and expansion. You will chant mantras and leave with new insights.
My Path as a Teacher
For the past 13 years, Bhakti Yoga philosophy has deeply shaped my teaching. My asana background includes Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yoga Medicine, inspired by teachers such as Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, Mary Freeman, Tiffany Cruikshank, Kathryn Budig, Kristen Ventre, and Lalit Kumar in India.
Off the Mat
I am inspired by transformation, unconditional love, and the freedom people discover within themselves. As a Sagittarius, I am a traveler and explorer in both the material and spiritual worlds. For me, yoga is a way of living – flexible, timeless, and deeply wise.
What The Shala Means to Me
The Shala is a space created with intention and care, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone belongs.
"Through yoga, the Self is revealed."
